Biomechanical Assessment: This is a biomechanical screen of the upper and lower quarter (body) spine and extremities looking at joint mobility, posture and muscle balance to identify areas of restriction and possibility for breakdown. The human body functions as a large kinetic chain and hypo mobility (restriction in movement) and hyper mobility (too much movement) in one area places additional stress and strain in others areas. This results in poor and inefficient performance and often times pain. A biomechanical assessment identifies these areas allowing an appropriate program to be implemented to restore normal movement and function.
Bike Fit: included in BioFit -- see our Pro-Fit description.
